The purpose of this RFQ was to secure pricing to complete the required audits and observations as described in this Request for Quotations and the associated Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) which closed on March 16, 2012. Several municipalities responded to the REOI and were identified as potential partners in the various curbside residential and Material Recycling Facility audits and observations for this RFQ.  The RFQ documents are posted for the information of interested viewers.

CIF was created to help Ontario municipalities undertake best practices initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of blue box recyclingprograms.
Program funding is derived by setting aside a percentage of the fees that companies contribute to municipalities as their share of the cost of operating Ontario's blue box programs.
