On February 19, 2008, the Minister of the Environment approved the Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan comprised of the following documents:

Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan (dated May 23, 2007 and revised November 26, 2007) submitted to the Minister on December 6, 2007.

Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Consultation Document (dated May 23, 2007) submitted to the Minister on December 6, 2007.

Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Addendum submitted to the Minister on January 31, 2008.

Correspondence from the Minister of the Environment to Waste Diversion Ontario approving the Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan.
