Section 22 of the Waste Diversion Act requires Waste Diversion Ontario to prepare an annual report on its activities and to make the report available to the public. The first such report is due on April 1, 2004 and annually on each April 1 thereafter.

Section 33 of the Waste Diversion Act requires each organization designated by the regulations as the industry funding organization for a waste diversion program to submit an annual report to Waste Diversion Ontario, not later than April 1 in each year. As waste diversion plans are approved by the Minister and industry funding organizations become obligated to submit annual reports, these reports will be posted when received by the Board of Directors of Waste Diversion Ontario.

Section 35 of the Waste Diversion Act requires Brewers Retail Inc. to submit an annual report by August 1 of each year. The first report is due on August 1, 2003 and will be posted when received by the Board of Directors of Waste Diversion Ontario.
