Waste Diversion Ontario (WDO) is responsible for implementing the annual Municipal Datacall. WDO implemented the Financial Datacall in 2003 with the implementation of the 2002 Datacall. Reports are currently available outlining the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 residential Blue Box program costs.
